Set Your Imagination Loose
Mark 11:22-24 Jesus answered, “Have faith in God. The truth is, you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, mountain, fall into the sea.’ And if you have no doubts in your mind and believe that what you say will happen, then God will do it for you. So I tell you to ask for what you want in prayer. And if you believe that you have received those things, then they will be yours.
Can I ask you, what mountain needs moving in your life just at the moment? What obstacle are you facing that’s preventing you from becoming all that God made you to be, and doing all that He made you to do?
It’s funny how accustomed we become to the obstacles that prevent us from moving forward. After all, that mountain’s been there for years – it’s a given, it’s never going to move, right?
Mark 11:22-24 Jesus answered, “Have faith in God. The truth is, you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, mountain, fall into the sea.’ And if you have no doubts in your mind and believe that what you say will happen, then God will do it for you. So I tell you to ask for what you want in prayer. And if you believe that you have received those things, then they will be yours.
Now mostly, when you hear a message on that particular passage, it’ll be about your faith. And fair enough too, because that’s the point that Jesus was making to His disciples.
But have you ever let your imagination loose to picture what life would look like without that particular mountain in your road? Have you ever sat there in your prayer chair, in the very Presence of God, and thought what things would be like with that particular mountain removed? Pictured it, savoured it, and then, with that little mustard seed of faith in your heart, prayed about it?
You and I are created in God’s image, which means we have an incredible – a stupendous – imagination. And when we let it out of its cage to roam freely … make no mistake, His Spirit works powerfully through it. And the faith you needed to move that wretched mountain all of a sudden becomes real. Set your imagination free to roam.
That’s God’s Word. Fresh … for you … today.

Thank you Pastor for that encouraging word.
Yes I believe God can do the impossible.
All I ask is you pray for me to get my house sold. I need to move into a smaller house because the current house is too big and costly to maintain.
The obstacle that is standing in the way is this. The house is situated directly next to a large informal settlement(squatter camps) in our country.
This scares buyers a lot and of course, it’s my challenge.
My faith is challenged greatly.
I need the breakthrough, please pray for this sale to happen. Thank you
Kind Regards
Michael Adams

People who don’t believe that a mountain cannot fall into the sea, well if people take the time to research their history they would find a number of mountain that no longer exist because it fell into the sea. Therefore it not hard to have faith that a mountain can fall into the sea. God can move any mountain but what is not said how God can move a mountain. Volcanos has moved a lot of mountains to the sea.. the true is not how God moved a mountain to the sea but that God can move any mountain into the sea if it is God will to do so, because it has already been done many time in the past.
