The Garbage Principle
1 John 1:9 But if we confess our sins, God will forgive us. We can trust God to do this. He always does what is right. He will make us clean from all the wrong things we have done.
The notion that Jesus came to save me, to save you … truly, some days it seems so incongruously disconnected, so divorced from the realities of life here in the 21st century, don’t you think? Here’s the reality of your life and mine on the one hand, and this “Jesus, religion thing” on the other.
I was sitting in my study working the other day and something hit me.
I have this basket sitting under my desk where I throw my rubbish – mostly paper – and it’s amazing how quickly it fills up. As I was working away, I noticed it was overflowing again! Where does all this rubbish come from?
And have you ever noticed how quickly rubbish and dirt accumulate around the house, or in your car, or in your backyard, or in the bottom of your fridge? It’s like rubbish and dirt are natural bi-products of living life. And unless we empty that basket or clean the car or tidy up the backyard or wipe out the fridge, we’re just going to be living in a constant mess.
And let me tell you, the very same principle holds true in our lives. Rubbish and filth seems to be natural biproducts of living our imperfect lives in an imperfect world.

For God, the whole point of sending Jesus was to rid our lives of the garbage, the rubbish, the trash. Sometimes we don’t like to admit it – but this filth is a natural biproduct of our imperfect lives.
God calls it sin. And the whole point of sending Jesus was for Him to pay the price, for Him to clean up our act, for Him set us free.
That’s God’s Word. Fresh … for you … today.

Please pray for me, I am a Nigerian who God grant me favor to come to UK to work as a domestic worker(thank You Jesus). Am not complaining because back home since I graduated 2007; I have not had a secured job; am being paid 400pounds monthly(I don’t have a UK);so I cannot donate to Christianity work(Sad).
I believe God to settle me in UK, God gave me an admission at Sunderland University to resume July; 2020; my visa expires August, 2020. I don’t want to go back to Nigeria.
Please pray for God’s favor to supply my Tuition and accommodation fees, to open the Universities across nation of the earth, give a better job in uk and to make me a UK resident(there is nothing God cannot do); in Jesus Name, Amem.
